Clear rules on when a transaction or plan can be cancelled, and how refunds are handled.
Anything still marked Pending can normally be cancelled free of charge. Once a request is approved and settled on-chain or in your balance, standard withdrawal rules apply instead.
This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel a transaction, an investment plan, or your Equi Flow Capital account, and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
A deposit or withdrawal request may be cancelled at no cost while its status remains "Pending" and it has not yet been reviewed by our operations team. Contact support with your transaction reference to request cancellation. Once a request has been approved and settled, it can no longer be cancelled.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. Once funds are broadcast to the network and confirmed, the deposit cannot be cancelled or reversed by Equi Flow Capital. Please verify the asset, network, and destination address carefully before sending. Funds sent on an unsupported network may be permanently unrecoverable.
Bank transfers may be cancelled before they are received and credited; after crediting, standard withdrawal procedures apply instead. Gift card deposits cannot be cancelled once the card code has been submitted and redeemed, as the value is consumed at redemption. Invalid, previously used, or unverifiable cards are rejected and never credited.
An investment plan purchase may be cancelled and refunded in full while it remains in "Pending" review. Once a plan has been approved and activated, the committed capital is deployed and the plan runs to the end of its term. Early termination may be requested through support and, where granted, is subject to forfeiture of accrued profit and any applicable early-exit fee.
Refunds are considered where a transaction was duplicated in error, was charged incorrectly, or was cancelled before settlement. Refunds are not issued for investment losses, market movements, plan performance, or funds lost through user error such as sending to an incorrect address.
Approved cancellations are processed within 1-3 business days. Crypto refunds are returned to the originating wallet and are subject to network confirmation times and applicable network fees. Bank refunds are returned to the originating account and may take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
You may request closure of your account at any time. Before closure, all pending transactions must be resolved, active plans must reach term or be terminated, and remaining eligible balances must be withdrawn following our standard verification and withdrawal-code procedure.
We may cancel a transaction, plan, or account where we detect fraud, suspicious activity, failed verification, prohibited conduct, or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Where lawful and appropriate, legitimate remaining funds will be returned to their verified source.
Submit cancellation requests through live chat or by email to support@equiflowcapital.pro, including your registered email, transaction reference, amount, and reason. Requests submitted through unofficial channels cannot be processed.
