Investment plans, returns, and features are described on the platform and may change at our discretion. We do not provide personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. All investment decisions are made solely by you.
Deposits may be made via supported cryptocurrencies, bank transfer, or approved gift-card methods. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to administrative review and confirmation. Withdrawal requests require a valid withdrawal code issued by our support team. Processing times vary by method and network conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by blockchain congestion, banking networks, or third-party payment processors.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your account in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be completed in accordance with these Terms, and remaining eligible balances may be withdrawn subject to verification and withdrawal procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Equi Flow Capital operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
